Paper Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts prepared in English or Turkish will be accepted electronically as Oral Paper abstracts.
• Abstracts submitted to the symposium will only be collected through the Online Paper Module.
• Abstracts can be prepared and presented in Turkish or English.
• Applications submitted in writing, by email, fax, or other methods will not be accepted.
• In order for the abstract to be included in the symposium book, the presenting author must register for the symposium. The presenting author must create an account in the abstract system and upload the abstract. Abstracts should not be uploaded on behalf of others.
• The abstract submission system and symposium registration system are two separate modules. Symposium registration and payment transactions are carried out through the module on the registration page, while abstract-related transactions are carried out through the module on the Abstract Submission page.
• The entire evaluation process related to abstracts can be tracked through the system using the participant's email and password.
• The abstract should be prepared with a maximum of 350 words.
• Submitted papers can be presented as oral or poster presentations.
• The number of keywords should be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5.
• Scientific and legal responsibility for the paper rests with the authors.
• The scientific committee of the symposium will also serve as referees. Papers will be evaluated by double-blind referees. After the referee evaluation process, authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their papers, and revisions will be requested from authors when necessary. Papers accepted for the symposium will be presented.
• Authors' names and surnames must be filled in according to their order in the paper.
• The names of the institutions where the authors work must be specified.

Feedback

• Submitted abstracts will be evaluated through the online system, and the results of the abstract evaluation will be sent to the email address specified in the system.
• Registration fees for participants whose papers are not accepted will be refunded in full.
• If accepted papers are not presented at the symposium, no refund will be made, and the organizing committee will decide whether or not to publish them in the proceedings.

Oral Presentation Rules

• The duration and date of oral presentations will be announced after the acceptance of abstracts.
• To avoid communication issues, please remember to enter your email address and mobile phone number when registering on the system. Abstracts without contact information will not be considered for evaluation.
• The organizing committee and Dalya Tourism are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect information entered.
• Any errors or omissions in your paper can be corrected online through the system until the final submission deadline.
• Papers that do not comply with the abstract writing guidelines and specified rules will be excluded from evaluation.
